1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse (“we,” “us”) handles your information when you join the early-access waitlist for the Pulse personal-finance app. You can reach us at bradwill1105@gmail.com.

2. What this page is

This is a pre-launch waitlist. The Pulse app is not available yet. On this page we are not collecting any bank, account, or financial data, and we do not connect to your accounts. The only thing you give us here is your email address.

3. What we collect

• Your email address. The email you type into the waitlist form.
• Basic technical info. Like any website, our host records standard information your browser sends automatically — such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the time of your visit — to keep the site running and secure.

4. How we use it

We use your email only to:

• Tell you when early access opens and share occasional updates about the launch.
• Operate, secure, and improve this page.

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and we will not start collecting financial data until you choose to sign up for the actual app under its own privacy policy.

5. Who we share it with

We share your information only in these limited cases:

• Our email provider (Resend). We use Resend to store the waitlist and send you launch updates. Your email is held there on our behalf.
• Hosting. The vendor that hosts this site processes the basic technical info above so the page can load.
• Legal reasons. When required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
• Business transfer. If we are part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that deal, still covered by this Policy.

6. We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your email or any other information, and we do not share it with marketers or advertisers. Full stop.

7. Your choices

You are in control of your email:

• Unsubscribe from any email we send using the link at the bottom of that email.
• Ask us to delete your email from the waitlist at any time by emailing bradwill1105@gmail.com. We will remove it within 30 days.

8. How we protect your information

This page is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we and our providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your email. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your email until the app launches and you have had the chance to create an account, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To use any of these rights, email us at bradwill1105@gmail.com and we will respond as the law requires.

11. Children

Pulse is built for adults. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will delete the information.

12. US-only

Pulse is intended only for users in the United States. It is not intended for use outside the United States.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. If we make a material change, we will let you know by email before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date above always shows the current version.
